I was nearly a victim of tree
Sleeping is great. You know what I mean. Sometimes when you fall asleep it's a wonderful ride to the morning. You're awake one moment and time passes in an instant. All of a sudden you're refreshed and awake and sometimes while you were sleeping your brain decided to give you a nice memory of a dream or some such.
A little while ago I had the most perfect sleep. I was in that groggy half sleep state between you being sleeping and your eyes opening. It was windy outside and I was enjoying the sound of the wind being all swirley around my window.
Have you ever heard a large tree fall down? It's not quiet. It starts with a crack as its base fails and then a huge thunk when it's done with its topple. It's the perfect noise to destroy that relaxing waking up thing I droned on about pretentiously in the first two paragraphs.
A tree fell down in front of my house on the next door neighbours' fence. It was large. I'm going to miss it I think. It's been there for a long time.
